Super beautiful. End of October early November has almost no snow, but I liked to meet in the same. Ideal to go in August that has plenty of snow. There is room for renting clothes and boots, all very well prepared. Reasonable price, employees who speak Portuguese in the rental tent. Amazing

Hello this is the third year in a row that I'm going to in September to stay in Valle Nevado, the previous years I went only to ski with friends, this year I decided to take my wife and son. Well, I had a bad experience this year at the Resort, just on the second day when I was skiing I got a call from my wife who was at the hotel saying that the cleaners were wanting to take her out of the room claiming that we had closed only one diary. As I stopped skiing and returned to the hotel to solve this misconception because my Reservation was three days long, the staff kept charging her exit from the room. This was extremely embarrassing for my 2 and a half year old son and my wife, not to mention the discomfort of having to stop skiing to solve this problem, after all my visit to the Resort was just skiing. Arriving at the hotel they saw that the mistake was from the Resort and relocated us to another room, made a “up grade” room for us, moved us from the hotel port of the sun to the Valle Nevado. But this caused a series of disorders like picking up clothes quickly with my wife alone with a 2.5 year old child. In the new room that was really bigger and better in terms of comfort and space I had an extremely serious problem with the heating of the water, it alternated time extremely hot and then very cold, when it is only an adult this problem is minimized now with a child it becomes almost unsustainable, we can not give right bath in our child. To end the bad experience of taking the family, my wife went to the space intended for the children and there she became aware that only children from three years old could attend the place, see well, I know that this is a rule but my wife would not leave my son there and leave, she would stay with him in the place. The receptionist was extremely arrogant with her and said she would not exchange diapers that would not do this kind of service. But we didn't ask her to change my son's diaper. I just wanted him to stay there with my wife to spend time. No one would have any kind of work except my wife taking care of my son, we had the humiliation of hearing the woman say that she would timepiece the time she “goodly” let him stay that was an hour. The only positive point of this trip was after all this situation the receptionist of the hotel Valle Nevado left my wife in the room for a few more hours after the Chek out due to the very cold weather. But this time I was extremely disappointed with my experience at the Resort.

A very good hotel located in a very beautiful place, we had great times out there. We would say the cordiality of some employees could be better, and we missed a jacuzzi with covered pool, other than that, was a very nice stay and ski time! We liked!
