5.0 "A true ski in and out at Valle Nevado"

Our stay was better than we expected! We spent 3 nights at Tres Puntas and skied for 4 days. All the staff were so attentive and made our stay really great. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. We love that we could use the thermal pool and restaurant at the next hotel, it gave variety to change up our stay! We really liked the Chilean dinners at Tres Puntas! I recommend staying here for a ski trip!

2.0 "Much less than expected....."

I was the second time at the hotel and general complex in an interval of approximately 15 years. Impressive how they managed to get worse.... Taking breakfast and dinner (this in the ''international restaurant"), with relatively good variety - quality food, the bathroom of the room can be easily compared to that of a plane.... Micro, making it impossible (adult with standard height and weight) to dry with the door closed..... During my week of stay (23 - 30 August 2024), one of the main accesses to the ''MIRADOR'' slopes was out of operation, making it difficult to access the other Ace slopes... They even promised to operate from day 25, but it didn't happen... The trails are good, but I think they should invest a lot in infrastructure so they do not lose public, mainly by exchanging all the ''POMAS'' for cable cars - gondolas.... Unfortunately the Resort stopped in time....and I do not intend to go back until I hear results - third party experiences.....

5.0 "Hotel mediano"

Hotel mediano. Room and bathroom smell bad. Excessively hot elevators and corridors. Breakfast messy if you don't arrive early in opening hours. Attendees were friendly and invited always. For dinner the best option is to go to the mirador restaurant of the hotel puerta del sol which is part of the same group.
