I went with the family, we booked 3 rooms. Excellent hotel, helpful staff. Breakfast with fantastic views, food was great. Coffee machine, tea, chocolate always at your disposal. In the afternoon, a croissant or cake is served. Room and bathroom great, towel and white bedding. Hotel is 2 blocks from the main street, but on the way is climbed, but quiet.

Stayed for one night post Antarctica cruise and it was an excellent stay. Besides not being able to check in early it was perfect! Nice gift for being an Expedia Gold member! Large but cozy suite, not too far walking distance from Port and heart of the city..Staff were helpful and pleasant and room was clean! Would definitely return and recommend!

We stayed here for a night before embarking on our boat to Cape Horn. What a little gem of a place to stay! Breakfast was good with a lot to choose from. Our room was on the 3rd floor with a stunning view of the harbor. It was clean and comfy, but we had to open the window to cool us down and get some airflow. It's a short walk to the main drag in town where there are lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. Angie at the front desk was a complete delight! Thank you for everything, Angie! She gave us restaurant recommendations, arranged for a taxi to bring us to (and from) a trail head so we could hike Esmerelda Laguna the morning before our cruise. They also held our luggage that day which was very convenient. Upon returning from our hike, we were able to chill upstairs in the common area with some coffee and wifi before heading to the port. Highly recommend.
