This hotel seems to be a popular transit stop for cruise passengers. The rooms were well set up, though the soundproofing wasn’t great—we could hear noise from neighboring rooms. The staff were pleasant, despite dealing with constant coachloads of guests, so credit to them. Breakfast was fine but felt quite busy, which made the atmosphere a little less welcoming. A major plus was that the hotel allowed guests to stay in the lounge area after checkout—a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated

We were in the second floor. Although it was about 50 degrees outside, the room was very warm. The A/c was not blowing cold air. When we reported this at the desk we were told to open the window. Well, the window faced a very noisy street. There was no way that we could sleep with that noise. So we barely rested. The room size was spacious, the bathroom was odd but had a lot of mold, which I am very sensitive to. The breakfast in the morning was appreciated. It was a nice continental with various breads, baked goods, juices and good coffee. That was actually the best part of our stay other than it was across the street from the cruise port. I did expect a little cleaner in the room and bathroom. Although we didn’t get a good night’s sleep, we were there just for one night.

Don't expect too much, a very basic hotel for a layover. Hotel - rustic design with some attempt of modern touches Service - staff were not particularly helpful or friendly Rooms - small, a little old and run down Overall - Very forgettable and I would rate it just lower than average.
