A hotel that blends perfectly with the surroundings and silence of the area. It is wonderful the architecture that transports to a mineral and volcanic space. We stayed two days in the Granite room, all have names of stones and materials of the place, overlooking Lake Caviahue. Super comfortable room with excellent quality materials. The pool is ideal for swimming and also relaxing! Being very new and in such an inhospitable place they lack some details is understandable and equally worth the experience. We recommend improving breakfast with a more complete option. The restaurant was not working but Caviahue has good gastronomy and everything is one or at most four blocks away. The staff is very warm and family friendly. It is an ideal place to unplug everything and it will be accomplished! Caviahue lots of trails and amazing places to tour. We'll be back next year for a longer stay.

The hotel is modern, I really liked it aesthetically. In front of the lake even though we didn't have a room with a view of it. Climatized pool. Very good attention from Juli at the reception and from Manuel in the restaurant and breakfast room. Excellent both places, both restaurant and breakfast room. We would return without hesitation

I went with my mother, a big lady, and they were just installing an elevator that couldn't be used. Breakfast 2 floors above. Dinner one floor down. Beautiful room but 18 steps to access the bathroom and otherwise another one with the bathroom exposed.
