3.0 "Modest rooms."

Definitely cozy entrance area and restaurant, much less the rooms, small, old and uncomfortable. Located at the entrance of the city, on the top, to come and go is a nice uphill walk, which never always pleases. Breakfast in standards. Rating 7 - -

3.0 "Double bill."

Located in a quiet place, the harbor below overlooks snowy mountains and glaciers. It was cozy, but booking.com charged me twice. I contacted the operator and the hotel asking for a refund, but no refund was given. This is a dump in the ratings!

2.0 "Tired Rooms"

Hotel's location was fine, but there are other hotels that are closer to main attractions and restaurants. We took cabs and Uber to go in and out of the downtown area. Keep in mind that Ushuaia streets are steep, so walking may not always be the best choice. The room that we stayed in was in need of deep cleaning and renovation. There was no AC and room got extremely warm during the day. Not enough electrical outlets to charge cellphones. Common areas were nice, but furniture looked tired. Overall, I gave a 3 because staff was friendly and hotel was near the airport. Also, because lobby offers great views.
